School Counselling

“Education is not the learning of facts, but the training of the mind to think.” Albert Einstein

School counselling serves as a cornerstone of student well-being, offering guidance, support, and empowerment to help young minds navigate academic, emotional, and social challenges.

In today’s fast-paced world, students often face pressures related to studies, peer interactions, self-esteem, and future aspirations. School counselling provides a safe and nurturing environment where they can openly express concerns, seek clarity, and build resilience.

Through individual sessions, group discussions, and workshops, professional counsellors address a wide range of issues, including stress management, career guidance, behavioral challenges, and emotional struggles. They equip students with essential life skills—such as problem-solving, communication, and self-awareness—that foster personal and academic growth. The schools managed by the CHF Sisters of the Navajyothi Thrissur Province, along with other requested institutions, have entrusted the responsibility of providing counselling support for children.

Beyond addressing difficulties, school counselling cultivates a culture of emotional intelligence and confidence, helping students realize their potential and approach life’s journey with clarity and strength. By bridging the gap between education and personal well-being, it ensures that every student feels heard, supported, and empowered to thrive.
